Responsibilities

Conduct IAQ Inspections Following Green Home Process
Establish customer relationship and rapport
Estimate jobs using proprietary Software
Ensure restoration production staff follows Green Home Solutions franchise processes
Work closely with homeowners, property managers, insurance adjusters
Prepare all restoration paperwork including scope, estimate, job daily records, to ensure job is done efficiently and within compliance

Qualifications & Skills

2 years previous restoration and construction estimating and/or insurance adjusting experience preferred
Effective written and oral communication
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Technical acumen – will be working with various air quality measurement tools and interpreting lab results
Demonstrates persistence by rapid follow-up on commitments. Asks probing questions in order to fully understand customer needs. Overcomes objections and concerns in an appropriate manner.
Punctual, self-motivated and understands objectives and is proactive in their approach to achieve them. Looks for opportunities to improve upon those objectives.
Prioritizes effectively and is organized
Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively to achieve customer satisfaction
Effectively maintain POS/CRM system protocols

Physical requirements

Physically able to perform heavy lifting on a regular basis up to 50 pounds
Physically able to work in small spaces
Physically able to perform stretching, bending, sitting, stooping, reaching, grasping and climbing
Wear Personal Protective Gear
